It depends on the video. For example, I have a 2 minute tutorial with an 86% average retention. Total average is around 50%

It's funny looking at the graphs for each video. I make like 7-10 min gaming videos and I lose like 50% audience retention in the first 20 seconds. One of my videos, half way in, it goes to exactly 0% until the end lol so much fail ;(.
Gotta make shorter videos.
