YouTube Partnership???

Hello everyone! I was just wondering on how I get a good partnership program for YouTube because every time I try to monetize a video it wont let me and also how do I get custom thumbnails and other custom things!? Thanks.

To get custom thumbnails you need to be a youtube partner, but here is a link to a list of youtube networks you could apply for to be partnered with!

if u arnt a full partner you have to work to get these things. i have gained a shop. if you do good videos and get lots of views, subs and good coments they will give you a full partnership OR give you an extra feture! hope this helped.

I've wanted to get full partnership too but I've just got to get more vids up and more subscribers.
