Hi guys,

This is something that has happened me in the past which i was able to dispute and had the claim released. This time its a similar situation and i disputed the content but the video is still unavailable and it should be unblocked like always as soon as you dispute it?

The issue is I uploaded a mix and the email i got said this:

So I clicked into 'view claim details' and it brought me to this

On the screen with the tracks flagged it brings me to 1hr and 30min on the video, this is actually 'Mat Zo - The found [Anjunabeats], which is not Armada

The Armada track that is flagged on this picture is Chakra - Home (Alexander Popov Remix) but If this is the track why did it bring me to 'Mat Zo - The lost' on the video :/ all very confusing

How do i find out who exactly put in the claim and blocked the video, and why is it still blocked right now considering i put in a dispute, this like always in the past has unblocked the videos

It's probably another claim that has the block worldwide policy or more than one claims have that policy.

Also just because the asset information is wrong doesn't mean you can dispute it (unless you have the rights to the song). You can let them know about wrong asset information by contacting them directly out of YT's dispute process because invalid disputes can land you in trouble.

Like possible lawsuit and possible deletion of your account bad . . . don't dispute if you don't own it or got the rights to use it.

Apparently not if you have multiple claims (judging by your screenshot), you definitely can see when there's only one claim and I can't remember, I haven't disputed a claim in so long sorry; I don't think you can.
