Will youtube accept to monetize gaming videos

Unknown_user0001

I Love YTtalk
Will youtube let me monetize gaming vids, because I would like to know if this video could make money

the games that will be featured will be

MW3
Minecraft
GTA 4
Red Dead Redemption
Forza 4
FIFA

Would these games get accepted or has anyone had problems monetizing these games on youtube.

Please tell me :)

All
they are not

All game sounds are copyrighted. Studios pay talent to use the sounds and create them in sound studios. You have to get permission to use all game sounds and visuals. Just because everyone is doing it and getti g away with it does not mean its right.

There's quite a big loophole in getting past the copyright issue with games. As long as you commentate through it, it counts as "fair use". But then again some people have trouble monetizing it anyways because YT is paranoid of legal issues either way.

Exactly a loop hole.

don't use game sounds either they are copyrighted

Well what about the huge gaming clans like Optic Nation, FaZe Clan, Dare Sniping, and Obey Alliance who has over 50,000-800,000 subs and they post gameplay commentaries and use video game sounds in their montages?? How come they can still do it and make money off of it?? Im just curious :)

The bigger sites get permission from the company's that make the games.
