Who to Partner With?

Now I just started about a month ago, and have 225 subs and a couple thousand video views. Id say its going pretty good. I love every second of it! Now there are tons of partners to partner with. Who is the best one to choose? Could I partner with some one now?
 
Fullscreen does tend to be better for smaller channels looking for a partnership as soon as they can. If that is your goal, I'd explore that.
 
What are the contracts' terms of Fullscreen or any other similar partner? Or are these terms not available publicly? I heard Machinima is very greedy and signs for very long terms.

Machinima signs 2 year terms, same with fullscreen, but machinima has a perpetuity part of their contract where you can never leave machinima for another network.

Machinima also pays a set salary per 1000 views, 2.00 for the first year and 2.50 for the second.
Fullscreen pays 70% of what you earn, which is usually above 2.00 and 2.50 once you factor in their special offers.
 
Fullscreen also doesn't bind you down. Symphonious7 joined, but left because he felt he had a better offer, and they allowed him to leave.
 
When looking for a partnership, make sure you look at all the options, after all; it's not just going to be you benefiting from them - they will benefit from having you, if you can get into the position of having criteria exceeding more than a few of them - you can even be offered the partnership, try to turn the tables around a bit.
You need to view it as YOU ARE good enough, so why and who deserves you?
