What Network Should I Aim To Partner With?

I am a new gaming channel who, obviously, wants to gain partnership. I know socialblade has the lowest requirements but are there any who will be able to pay more and give me tools and help to grow my channel. I dont really mind the requirements as I aim to upload many videos so I dont need that many views on each video.

At your amount of views, aim for Creator X as they judge on content more than views and will generally partner people with 80 views a day +

It`s RPM you need to know (revenue per 1000 views) CPM doesn`t matter to you

We are not allowed to discuss it sadly unless you qualify for partnership :/ makes it seem like it sucks but trust us it's pretty good

Start of with small networks (Like you said, socialblade) And then work up I guess.
Or you could take a different approach and join newly formed networks You never know the new network you join might become the next machinima!
