Tubebuddy Pricing Question

Hi all,

So I have had Tubebuddy and I really love it but I have major issues with it now. So I was previously enrolled as an insider and was paying $9 per month, which I was happy with.

Today however I wanted to change my paypal account that is connected with Tubebuddy (the one used was my old one) but it didn't let me change my PayPal email address. So I decided that I would cancel the subscription and then start a new one under the new account, but when I went to look for the Insider option it wasn't there, it also didn't recognise me as a returning customer.

Could anyone please help as I really don't want to lose TubeBuddy, I use it all the time :(.

I've already tried contacting them with no response :(. I guess I'll just have to try again or hope that someone replies here, thanks for your help anyway :).
 
Hey Strike96 - sorry, was out of town yesterday and just jumping on support this morning.

Did you receive a "TubeBuddy Subscription Cancelled" email? In that email, there is a special link that allows you to sign up again with whatever pricing/account level you previously had so you're not forced into the new pricing levels if you want.

That's fine :). I don't seem to have received any cancellation email but before I cancelled the licence it definately said I was an insider. I also checked and payments were coming out of the other account up until I cancelled it.
