to partner or not to partner

This comes up alot and so im going to brake it down for you. Partnerships are like cellphone contracts pick your poison and do your research.

Are you a gaming channel ?? If so then you defiantly want a partner that deals with gaming channels so you can upload more content with out being banned from youtube.

Do you own everything on your channel or have permission from the owner to use it ?? If you own all rights to everything you make and if any visuals or audio you use in your video are your own or you have WRITTEN AND SIGNED permission. Then i would avoid them and stick with ad-sense.

What do partnerships do for you ?? Allow you the rights to certain 3rd party content and some one to back you if you get in trouble for posting copy write material it is not a force field but a "buddy" as i put it they will help you but it doesn't make you untouchable.

Down side to a partner ?? 40 to 20% less cash than you will make with adsense.

my experience with a partner has been negative as the only thing i have gained is the channel banner that i really use. I have friends that make music so i dont need to use the music library, if you look around on youtube there'a anough people that will let you use there music as long as you put it in the description. You do not get live updates of your percentages and cpc and cpm, I feel lack of control of my account and i hate it i feel im giving some one money that hasnt helped me get any were i have had to wait 2days to a week for a response from full screen with adsense it was 2 days.

if your worried about being click bombed dont be there are google forms to save your account.

Wait are you saying you can be banned for uploading to much? And the problem with adsense is getting every video approved. You don't have to worry about that with partners.

Sorry ray no. I should have included more info, When i say gamer's adding more content i mean some partnerships allow gamer's to upload more content from certain game makers and so on that hold licenses to upload said content.

with adsense i can agree on getting every video approved i had all videos monetized but 3 that were rejected.

I will have to admit, with fullscreen - I am becoming .... concerned. There are some 'inaccuraricies' that I am hoping will be resolved. They also don't like to focus on the personal to personal business to a degree. I think their managers are heavily over worked. I do still really enjoy Creative X Network, however. It's definetly something you have to watch..
 
I signed with social blade and I regret it to say the least. The only reason I did was I was scared of being banned. I feel like I am put in the dark cant wait until my contract is over.

They got back with me and it makes sense now. It had to do with pay out - It was an insane amount lower then what I know the stats should say. They explained it to me and such. I don't want to give the impression I don't like Fullscreen. They're fun, their twitter is cool.. It's just alot easier to see the business side with them. They're not as good at being in the people business as Creator X (yourself) is. I like both, I just got concerned at what I was seeing. All is cleared up though.. Thanks for being proactive ;)
