So i applied for partnership and got this? Did i get accepted?

I have all my videos monetirized. I can choose custom thumbnails, but i can not add subscribe image on my video page so i decided to apply for partnership.
And then I got this.

You are now a YouTube partner if you opt into monetization from your Account Settings and successfully monetize at least one of your videos by visiting your Video Manager. We made this change to expand access to programs and resources that help creators be more successful on YouTube.
If you are already monetizing your videos and are interested in additional features such as custom thumbnails and banners, please note that we are working to make more features available to partners over time, as we have done with long uploads and monetization. We also encourage you to opt into receiving email communications to stay up to date on the partner program and to learn about new skill-building or promotional opportunities. So what does this mean?
Am i already a partner? or rather "partner"
if so does anybody know how to get all the features youtube offers?
 
means technically speaking, once you successfully monetize a video you become a youtube partner, but in order to have the partner background and other things you see partners have, you need to apply with a network like fullscreen or social blade. atleast thats what i think it means.

so i was always a partner then?
and all these banner options i can get was always through social blade or similar websites?
 
YouTube is making this more complicated than it needs to be. Simply put, no, you're not a partner, and you can't be one unless you join a network. That doesn't really matter though. The watch page icon, the "subscribe button" you refer to, is being phased out of YouTube in its new model, and the same will likely happen to channel banners. Custom thumbnails are basically being offered to everyone at this point, so the notion of "partner" will be removed. That's how it works.

Damn... I never thought about that.. Yeah the custom image next to the subscribe button doesn't work anymore with the new layout :( well than... That's disappointing

seriously the subscribe button is going to be worthless? source?
