Lol, unfortunately this is not how it works - unless I want them to be the length that doesn't bore ppl XDI don't make gaming videos but I would suggest to make them as long as u want.
I have thought of doing that at times but when it comes to gaming the audience is slightly different and a bit more varied. I myself personally prefer to do things section by section as much as I can. It works well for TV shows to have cliffhangers but can be a double edged blade (The Walking Dead is a good example of cliffhangers done well but overused). With TV there's an expectation of a weekly delay between episodes, it's primarily for entertainment and if it's used for education the episodes are sectioned off based on subjects & topics, so people are usually okay to wait. With game videos there's a mix of entertainment and education/tutorial elements that people might look for. I've had a few comments here and there where people have thanked me or said that my video has helped them pass a section or figure out something in a game that they were struggling with and these videos were not part of a tutorial but a let's play. If someone is watching a video or let's play so they can also play along or figure something out, a cliffhanger is more than likely to p**s them off & lose a viewer than it is to make them want more but this also depends on the game. Those vids that helped people weren't the type of games I'd expect people to need help with but they did lolJust thinking - you could actually stop your episode with a cliffhanger. I mean - not doing the full mission, but stopping in the middle and telling viewers it will be continued in the next episode. It has been working for tv for decades, why not a youtube channel.
