Sign up error ?

Hello, i again want to active my monetize option on youtube account, i haved partnership with Maker Studios but i now broke contract and i want to active my adsense again. When i clik Enable Accaount i have "Sing up error, please try again later" i wait maybe 2 weeks but i still have error and i can't use my accaunt. I used adsense for maybe 4-5 month and i recived payments and my adsense is worked perfectly. Please help me. When i go on socialblade i have:

Subscriber Rank: 67314 (estimated)
Video View Rank: 40316 (estimated)
SB Rank: 26129

What meant that YT partner when i don't have more partnership options.. ?
 
If you doing Gaming it's because you can't you need to get a partnership with someone like TGB or Machinima
 
No, i don't upload gaming, i just want to again active my adsense. I tell, i haved partnership but i broke contract and i now just want the adsense and they won't to work because i only have that error.
 
It does sometimes take longer then just two Weeks till your Account is disconnected from a Network. Did you already tried to get in Contact with Maker Studios and asked them if they have released you from their Network?
 
I guess in this case only the YouTube Support Team might be able to Help you. You could also take a look at the YouTube Forum to see if someone does had recently a similar Problem and if it was solved.
