15 days that I am sending the email, and they send the same response
I need to know a way to solve this, if they do not comply with the payment what do I do
 
That's the same Network that was trying to convince me to join but I decided against it because they didn't have a large enough channel to begin with. Unfortunately, lots of networks (including Fullscreen) have cheated some members out of their payments and never responded to their emails. All I can say is keep trying.

Slyth66 Could you explain a way to terminate the contract with them?
I'm not sure, do they have a different email address for other issues or maybe a phone number? They called me when recruiting me so that might be possible. Just be very firm, saying you did not receive your payment and you have requested support but did not receive it in 15 days.
