PhazerTV - Anyone have any reviews/opinions?

Hi everyone!
I've been looking into PhazerTV Network [ http://www.youtube.com/user/phazernetwork ] and they seem pretty attractive at the moment. They have a great website and everything seems legit and clean, they are rather small though so I was looking for a second opinion. I haven't received a direct offer as of yet, I have not reviewed a contract.

We run a music promotion channel, would there be any networks better suited for our project?

I'd stay away from smaller networks and stick with ones that are more established. Small ones can be unreliable with payments and really can't do much in terms of support and promotion.

phazertv is a sub-network or Aggregator of BroadBandTV (BBTV) so basically the same as joining TGN or BBTV directly
