PArtnership payment problems?

So I've seen many people comment about not getting payed from many different networks, is this true? I've seen people partnered with Socialblade comment about how they get the checks now and then, but also soemone that says they didn't get any... Not sure what to think here.. Any advice? :)
 
RPM network sent money on PayPal every 1st - 15th of the month, the paper checks will go with mail and maybe they get lost or something. But I Always got paid with PayPal. Today I received my payment of November :)
