Networks With Rights to Halo 4 Footage

Hey guys, I've been searching all around the forums and google and I've had a hard time figuring out an answer to my question.

What partner networks own (have purchased) the rights to posting Halo 4 footage?

I just bought a HD PVR 2 and I'm going to start a gaming channel which will mostly have Halo 4 gameplay (as well as other games eventually) and I'd like to know which networks I can shoot for so that I am protected from copyright by being a partner with them, thanks guys!

Well, you can play any game and put it up on youtube as long as you don't monetize it, but if you do monetize it you need to be with a network that has purchased the rights from the company that makes the game :) Cool video in your sig btw!

If i remember correctly that's what the whole "SOPA & ACTA" bills in america were threatening. But anybody can record their game play and have a right to upload it. Because look at the big youtubers they do games like halo and are absolutely fine!
 
I'm partnered by Fullscreen, and my partner manager told me I can't monetize Halo 4 footage. The only network I know that is allowed to monetize Halo 4 footage is Machinima.

Woah! No way? Is there a link anywhere to a list of games that Fullscreen allows you to monetize because they seem like the partner network that I'm aiming to join.[DOUBLEPOST=1354483345,1354481794][/DOUBLEPOST]Just did some researching myself and finally found this page http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/developer/rules

It's microsofts official statement about use of all gameplay footage of any microsoft game. TL;DR is that you can't use any gameplay footage of any game for monetization ever, period. You can use it for anything you want as long as you don't make money from it.

I don't think theres a list, but I'm pretty sure u can monetize any video game (with commentary) with Fullscreen except Halo 4.

We'll find out, I just sent a friendly e-mail requesting the information to fullscreen. Will update the thread with the results if/when I get a reply :)
