Need help very quickly

If I close my Adsense account down which is currently with my old gaming channel, will I be able to get accepted for applying for a new Adsense account for my DeantheDinosauce account?

I currently have a strike which will expire at the end of January on my gaming channel and I don't want to have to wait till then to get partnered on my DTDs channel, so I will be sort of "changing" accounts and will only ever have one.

Is this possible?
 
If you already have an Adsense account I wouldnt go through the trouble of making another one with you wanting to partner with a network which doesnt require one.

I have a strike on my other account that won't be lifted until the last day of January 2013. I've deleted my gaming channels Adsense now and have re-applied for this account.
 
Why do you need Adsense on this account though is what I dont understand, maybe I am not getting your point here :D

I have a strike on my gaming channel because I uploaded a video that violated the community guidelines, I had an Adsense account for that YouTube channel. You can only have one Adsense account per person, so I decided to delete my Adsense account for my gaming channel and re-apply for my DeantheDinosauce channel. If I had kept my other channels Adsense I would have had to wait till the 30th of January 2013 for the strike to be lifted and wouldn't be able to partner until then.

I hope to the Universe that what I'm going with Adsense is allowed, I'm not having two accounts, I don't have an account now (Which is good), and hope that my DTDs adsense will be approved and then I can carry on with partnering my DTDs channel.
 
As long as you dont have two Adsense accounts you should be fine, with your DTD account you would think you could partner anyway with it having no strikes though. I wouldnt have bothered making a new Adsense just for DTD with you wanting it partnered soon, any money you do make between now and then wouldnt be so much.

I got an email from CMS telling me I needed an Adsense account and to email them when I have it sorted in order to carry on with the partnership
 
Thats odd I have never heard of anyone being required to have one before partnering, I wonder if this is related to your strike.
