Hello guys !

I am a top Romanian youtuber with 43.500 subs and i need some help

I've got a new intro but i have problems with the song because its from Monstercat and i am afraid of any audio claims

Do anyone of you know how can i get premission to use the songs in my videos ?

Here is the name of the song which i wanna use : Rameses B - Timeless (feat. Veela)

I've used the request form from Monstercat but i don't think they reply
 
Why not just use royalty free music? There're lots of websites offering them and they're much less hassle.
 
Yeah,i think i'll do that

But the problem is that i am not sure if i will find any good songs

EDIT:i would appreciate if you can show me any websites

Google Monstercat Music Licensing - YouTube Gaming Policy and click on the first link it explains in full :)

You're aloud to put music from their channel onto your videos however you need to follow certain guidelines to not get a copyright strike :)
 
Contact Mike @ Monstercat. He is the CEO and deals with sponsorships and affiliation things. My channel is allowed to use any Monstercat music and make 100% of revenue from it because of a contract that I signed. Otherwise they will take a majority of the share.

I also wanna tell you guys that i spoke with the artist of the song i wanna use and he said he gives me permission to use it,do i still need to contact monstercat to use it ?

"Monstercat has pretty much the same terms if you give credits then it's okay to use the material, there shouldn't be any problems, if youtube disable your video then i'm happy to sign an agreement as proof"
