Machinima Reputation Going Down?

so recently i have been hearing loads of ex Machinima partners say that Machinima have been degrading thier contracts...Take This vid from Athene
what do u guys think?



(i am not trying to offend anyone or accuse anyone about this,sorry for anything i have caused)
 
Athene left months ago, PewDiePie left a month ago , then the pay-cuts came about now not many are staying, many didn`t even mind the pay-cut as much as the fact Machinima broke the contract just 8 months in (3 year contact)

They literally couldn`t operate though, it was rumoured that channels such as FPSRussia where losing them a few hundred dollars a day.
 
Machinima has been too greedy. Now they've lost the trust of the YouTube community, and can't keep any of the larger partners. This isn't new news, Machinima has developed quite a bit of a reputation over the past year or so. I'd steer clear of them, and just be mindful of all future contracts. I signed with TGN, but I'm not happy at all. I'm currently looking for a way out. Thanks for sharing this! :)
 
yeah i honestly hear more negative experiences with networks than positive so im really in no rush to join one
 
Thats because machinima is so widely known, honestly i havnt really heard of any other networking companies until i came to this forum.
 
this is childish... folks hating on networks.. or making videos talking about other youtubers... saying that they are only about the money and so forth... what a bunch of dweebs....

Who cares...

Youtube is big enough for all of us no matter what your goals are...
 
I wonder if Onision left Machinima, at SB he's not claimed to them any more and he had every channel with them. Also no Machinima outros on his main videos :P
