Ive been wondering about something concerning partnering

Lets say i partnered with TGN then later i wanted to partner with lets say yeousch or machinima is it possible that i can be partnered with both or can i leave TGN for machinima or yeousch or is it once your partnered with someone it is what it is you cant partner with anyone else??
