I NEED HELP!?!? *YOUTUBE PROBLEM*

i have been invited into the RPM Network through YouTube but when i press 'continue' to proceed to the next step the page just remains the same and won't let me any further. PLEASE HELP

yes, i have tried the same thing on Google chrome, internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox

they had this problem a while back with connecting to adsense, i couldn't find a fix but eventually it fixed itself

ah okay, its just I've been waiting so long for some sort of partnership type deal thing and the one time i actually get one YouTube messes up and doesn't let me continue

i will give it ago i have also tried to accept it on another computer and it's still not letting me!

yea was just replying to another thread were the guy has been accepted to adsence but it still says pending on his youtube page.... new youtube update glitch possibly
