I just tryed uploading another video with same song, and it get claimed. :( Do i need to add background effects, from the game for example ? As i did on this video ?

Here's the issue. If you are to make any type of gaming video without commentary and just playing a copyrighted song then they will flag it. However, you can appeal the claim by stating you have rights to that particular song. Let's say I used a song from a Royalty Free place and I paid to have the rights to have that song in my video so I own a license. You can appeal it and send them a copy of your license agreement with that particular Artist/Company and they will revise that strike.
 
You cannot use music for which you do not have the rights or license to. If you do not have the license you cannot appeal it.

The other video you used is just slipped through the crack. It may or may not eventually get claimed.
