I got copystrike because of gta 5 live streaming

Rockstar games maker of gta series they contacted youtube to take down the videos that I've streamed and they gave me a copyright strike because I was with some hacker in the game, but i am confused why they chosen that root because really the word copystrike is when you stolen someone material which i haven't stolen at all, I've did made sure the music were disable in the vehicles which they were. They should have at least gave me guideline strike rather than copystrike, because really i was with a hacker in the game.

Well the copystrike does have expiry date which is september 17th so it's not really really too long.

So has this ever happened to you guys?

They own the rights to the game and have full control who and how video footage from the game is used.
