Heard of both of them and yes, sometimes networks go down many tiers .

For example Lets say Creator X is a content aggregator for Fullscreen, then (if creator x offer it) someone could become a content aggregator them, and then someone could become an aggregator for that network under Creator X, so it goes down in tiers, so there may be 6 networks right under Fullscreen and 10 networks under those networks, It depends on the CMS owner, but be aware as the tiers go down so does the pay and such. I personally wouldn`t partner with tier 3 and beyond :p

PangeaFX if for graphic designers and seems a bit inactive. (based on twitter and channel)
TinyGalaxy is for mobile tech and is very active. It's one of the more well-known sub-networks.

No idea on requirements. First would be to meet their niche criteria. (Graphic Designer providing intros/tutorials or Mobile Tech focused channel) After that, we would just suggest applying. Requirements are likely lower than directly through Fullscreen.

Fullscreen has a lot of sub-networks. Most of which are focused on certain niches such as these. So, it comes down to figuring out if they have one that fits your niche. ;)

Hope that helps and good luck!

Kind of wish you wouldn't use real network names in your examples... because it skews what the actual picture might be and people can easily mis-understand what you're saying. Here, for example, you're basically implying the networks being discussed or other Fullscreen sub-networks could be 3rd tier... which they are not. Out of consideration you should consider using "Network A", "Network B" or some other way of describing your (completely off-topic) scenarios rather than pulling actual networks into an example where it's not an accurate representation. Would be appreciated.

@Everyone

Just for clarity sake for anyone reading...

Every Fullscreen sub-network is directly under Fullscreen. Creator X and otherwise. There are no 3rd tier or "sub-sub-networks" at this time.
