Need some response on which i should go for :)

Btw i personally would like to join RPM Network, but i really don't know how it is
 
Both are valid Networks. Can`t tell you anything bad about any of those two. Focus on creating enough content for at least the next upcoming Months and then try to apply to both and see who will offer you the better Deal since for the Moment your Channel might be to young to apply for any of those two.
