Does those who monetize their videos get anything else?

Monetising vids and partnership are hugely different stuff, so much I know. The knowhow kinda stop there. I know that a monetized vid can be featured and apparently there isn't that much needed to get a single video monetized. What is needed for that?

Does accounts who monetize single videos get any extra features?

Custom thumbnails and in the future they plan to roll out other features to everyone. Who knows then though...

You can on any video.
Also, you have the feature to have a scheduled upload time. So instead of making your videos private when uploading, then setting them public at a certain date (I do that anyways), there is a scheduled release feature so it does it for you.

You get live streaming, custom videos, annotations to shops where you sell your gear, more than 15 minutes uploads, thumbnails for all videos, and scheduled uploads. One of the main things you don't get is linkable banner. Which I don't really understand but hey, that's YouTube.
