Copyright issues

I've Got It
Whenever a new game comes out someone decides to screw me over and claim my videos as i release them. MY question is if anyone has any contact info for someone called "Brother and Sons" since they are claiming that I am using their visual content and want to contact them to fix this issue. This is really ******* me off and has become an issue upon any release of a new game i want to showcase on the channel. Any help would be great thanks.

P.S. I have trying searching them up with no luck, hopefully you can

Get permission from the actual developers/publishers of the game to upload the video first. They sound like a fake company but it's possible the claim is accidental, if not it's a fake claim. Usually disputing the claim makes them back off if it's a fake or they will remove the claim if it's accidental (from what I have read). Make sure you have permission from the developers/publishers first though. Explain thoroughly in easy to understand ways for YouTube, if you write a wall of text they might overlook it and go in favour of the company. Just let YouTube know that this so called "Brothers and Sons" don't own the copyrights to anything in the video and explain you have permission from the original copyright owner. You're lucky it's only 1 company. I've had Warner Bros. and a company called "collective" that made a false/incorrect claim at the SAME TIME. So I had to remove the video. Of course you could wait for more advice but this is what I would do since I've heard the only other option is to remove the video :S[DOUBLEPOST=1384950541,1384950478][/DOUBLEPOST]What game is it as well?

Oh wow! Then this "Brothers and Sons" company are really dumb. Ubisoft provide blanket permissions to not only create videos but even monetise them on YouTube. Dispute it as it's false. They're really stupid if they've done it on purpose too. Use the PDF that Ubisoft provide as well. I've been able to post ACIV without an issue so far.

can you tell me where i can find it? so i can quote it

You should be fine as long as you don't monetize your vidoes. Monetization can be turned on (which it has to in order for you to have custom thumbnails) but it don't let it show adds on any of your videos. So as long as you don't do that nor use music, use other people's intros, just straight upload others vidoes or other things that you don't have permission to use you should be fine. Once you're part of a gaming network you can get revenue without risking of getting any strikes though.

So i uploaded a second part and Brother and Sons are giving me grief on that one as well, but i did disputed the claim on the first one. Hopefully everything ends well. Thanks everyone for all the help

I am having the same issues uploading ACIV gameplay. "Brothers and Sons" seem to be claiming the black transition screen before a cinematic scene. I disputed it as well but did you end up finding that Ubisoft pdf in case it doesn't work?
Thanks
