If you mean, can you make a video and set it as a video response to another video. Yes of course you can.

Just make sure you own the rights to the Audio (no copyrighted music etc) and visual ( no uploading tv shows etc).

And if its gameplay make sure it has commentary over it

Shane is right. However, if you are referring to someone else's video that they posted as a response, you cannot monetize it. It is their own video so they have the ability to do it if they want.

yeah you can because video responses are videos you have uploaded it will be in your video manager
