"Bad Standing" account has expired, but still my hands are tied

As I hope you can see from the screenshot picture above, my account has been in Bad Standing for about a year. This bad standing was supposed to have expired 2 days ago on 12 Jun 2014, as you can see in the screenshot picture. Why hasn't this expired already? It's already nearly 15th June here in Australia. It's pretty bloody impossible to contact youtube to point this out. Is there anything that can be done?

Only should last 6 months not a year!! 0-O

It is almost impossible to get in touch with YouTube now! When I got click-bombed in 2012 I was SO lucky to get in contact with YouTube and have a 1 on 1 contact with them via email, they gave me my partnership back after I explained all to thme. But now, that email is useless.

I don't know what-else you can do, go to Google+ forums, that's where all the help is supposed to occur. I heard people say the help there is totally s**t! :\

UNLESS you're a partner and have a partner manager (something like that) If you don't you're going to have to venture onto Google+ or whatever possible.
