Any Partner Networks that can look in to my channel?

I just wonder if there is any partnership network that could look in to my channel and tell me if I got the REQ to become a partner, for some networks at least, except RPM you have to be 18 and I'm 15. Socialblade too, I heard bad about SB.

Just a little information?
I'm 15 Years old, have been making Youtube videos since I was 12 but I had another channel then called Tripletutorial, 200K Video views and 700 Subscribers, though I had copyright strikes so I made a new one and started for real this time, I wasn't really aware of that back then.
I myself think I have a lot of potential but it's pretty hard to be noticed on Youtube.
I wouldn't stop making Youtube videos even if I didn't get partnered since I love making it and I love when people love the stuff I do, I just love making other people happy!

I'm new here so I don't know how this forum really works, don't judge me haha :)

EDIT: I got a partnership with RPM to start with, to grow bigger and evolve my community :)

You should be 18 to join any network or have a guardian handle that. All networks tell you what their requirements are and you can check to see if you meet the views/sub requirements on the Social Blade site.

You can be 13 or older but you will have to have one of your parents sign the contract on your behalf.

Yeah, but both of these netoworks is signed up for a year? I thought I read it on RPM, and heard it here that SB is too.

I wasn't speaking about a specific partnership, just that you can see if you meet the requirements by looking at your stats on the SB site. RPM/SB is a year contract tho. For instance Yeousch requires 1500 subscribers and a total of 75k views, if you have those 2 you can apply for Yeousch. RPM/SB simply wants an average of 84 views a day. If you have less than 1k subs I'd suggest to just focus on growing your channel and making great videos, the partnership will come in time. A lot fo time I wish I had of grown my fanbase a little more before partnering.

Well I figure if my rates go up as I grow why not partner early. IDK it might be a lesson learned but it may be worth it.
1 big reason is right now your not "worth" much to networks(assuming you have a small channel). If you had a few thousand subs you would be more appealing and then you could join any network, Shop around and find the best 1 for you. If you partner early then your locked into a contract and can't do anything until that contract is up even if you gain 100k subs. Basically you don't want to just join any network you can just to be partnered and then get stuck on a crappy network with a crappy contract.
