AdSense Question

I applied for AdSense for blogger but I got a denied application for lack of content.
I now cannot link my youtube account to adsense since my application was denied and until I fixed the problem.
I deleted all my content on blogger so I won't be able to fix the adsense issue.
I applied to RPM network and I need to have an active AdSense account, how can I fix this problem??
I don't have any strikes on my account and everything is in good standing, does any one know what I can do to have an active adsense account for my youtube channel?

That's why many people hate Adsense. When you get denied is it there forever, there is no way of getting it back.

No you don't. My adsense got disabled a very long time ago and still got partner few months ago.

The people said to me if you get denied you have to make another Youtube account...

When attaching adsense to youtube, you have to be sure to do it through youtube, and not through adsense, or else you can get in trouble from some glitch. That's what I've heard anyways.

You link your youtube account to the network. You don't have to do anything with your adsense with RPM Network.
They don't work with Adsense.
