Ad sense help

Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me. I do have a partnership with YouTube and able to monetize my videos but I have been rejected from ad sense but I get an email once everyday saying ad sense account needed and all it wants me to do is apply from ad sense again, so I did and I got rejected.

make another gmail account and use that new account to make the new adsence account.
wen they reject an email to use it its difficult for they to give you the adsence.

I made three accounts and got rejected for all of them, and yet they still send me emails asking me to apply for ad sense. I really don't understand what's going on :,(
