I try to make video about fail and win compilation. I suspect about i'm not filming my video but i just compilation and mix the video. Can i be fullscreen partner [when i have over 500sub and 30000 view] ?

Yes if you have permission from the guys who took the videos and CPM depends on the network but I heard YT's CPM ranges from $2-3.50 depending on ads that are showed on your video and channel.

each networks range varies and the cpm you can get depends on the current advertisers that network can get, there's no real way of knowing what your cpm will be i think :D

YouTube doesn't pay you a set amount. You get paid when they place ads on your videos and when someone clicks on an ad, you get paid an x amount for it. A click can range anywhere from $0.01 to $50. Right now, I get paid $2.73 per 1000 views. But it varies from person to person! :-)
