You're doing game videos, right? In that case, you actually need permission from each developer/publisher. A lot of them have their permissions written on their websites. I can't post links here, but there are also a few good lists of publishers/devs that allows their games to be monetized.

Always check the developers/publishers website to ensure they at minimum; allow publishing of their videos. If monetising, regardless of whether their website says they allow monetisting or not, always email the publishers for a written reply with permission to do so in case YouTube requests it or in case something goes wrong.

Always double music information. Some developers use 3rd party music in their games (e.g. Saints Row 4, GTA titles etc...), some use their own composed music and some will even use 3rd party music but hold the license for that music (e.g. Assassin's Creed titles by Ubisoft who copyright the music). In cases where 3rd party music is being used, always disable the music in the game. Whenever I email a developer/publisher I make sure to clearly ask them:
"I would like to know if [InsertPublisherName] would allow me to produce transformative works (Reviews, Let's Plays, etc.) using both visual & audio footage from games you own the copyrights to?" To ensure they don't mistakenly allow me to use their footage with 3rd party music, even then, you should always check and never trust the responder 100%. I once copped a content ID claim on a Hotline Miami vid, I had no idea it was even using 3rd party music, when I emailed Devolver Digital they told me I had to ask the people who made the music -.- they were honestly the least professional publishers I've ever dealt with, I ended up cancelling the LP as some networks may avoid you if you have content ID claims.

You are only allowed to have 1 AdSense account at a time, if it is banned that is it, you're not allowed to make another 1, if you do YouTube will ban it. I'm not sure I fully understand your question though. So to clarify 1 AdSense account per user, this means you yourself can only have 1 AdSense regardless of the amount of Gmail accounts you have, otherwise it's against ToS. You can associate this AdSense account with as many YouTube channels as you like. If any 1 of those YouTube channels does something to violate the ToS or AdSense terms, than the AdSense account can be shut down or payments will be put on hold.

3. what are this RPM and machinama partnership program, they are good than youtube monetization adsense? how to get parternship for beginers
RPM and Machinima are YouTube networks, they allow you to earn more money from ad revenue and some will even serve certain and more ads on your videos to increase the money you can get. Just keep in mind, regardless of whether you're with a network or not, YouTube will always take 45% or the ad revenue you make. So make sure to check with networks what the splits are and whether the splits are before or after YouTube's cut. Do a lot of research on networks though, I've been doing YouTube pretty much near 11 months now and I'm still looking for the right network.

Yes, 3 strikes at any given time and you're out. But, if you only get 1 strike and you're on good behaviour for 6 months that strike will expire allowing you 3 more strikes later on. If you get 1 strike and then 5 months pass and you get a 2nd strike, the first strike will expire the next month but the 2nd strike will still be on it's own 6 months. At least this is what I recall reading, either way, don't get strikes lol
Also most of the time, you can't join networks with copyright strikes. Also becareful, because if you get an instant copyright strike and remove the video, sometimes the copyright strike will also be removed but may still maintain the 6 month status, I have heard of some cases like this but might need more confirmation on that. Once again... just avoid strikes no matter what, regardless of any lenient policies. Better safe than sorry.

pls answer !
No. p**s off.
