I've Got It
Okay so sorry to be this guy but I have a few basic questions,

1. what is monetization?
2. how many video should I make before considering looking for a partnership?
3. is a partnership a realistic goal?
4. how much money in general do you earn from a partnership?

I understand I'm new to this and i shouldn't (and don't) expect to make money straight away if at all, but I'm just wanting to do a bit of digging.

1) putting adverts on your videos to earn money.
2) start monetizing when you feel people wouldn't mind watching an advert to see your videos. So I'd say build up a fan base first.
3)Yes, they're not that difficult to get.
4) You're not allowed to disclose partnership earnings.

Sorry to be a pest but I don't suppose you know where I might be able to set up monetizing?

I think I've found the right section but can't seem to get it working... hmmm
 
YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE SETTINGS AND CLICK ON MOTENIZATION. BUT I THINK YOU HAVE TO GET A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF VIEWS BEFORE YOU CAN START PUTTING ADS ON YOUR VIDEO.
