YouTube Peak Hours

So i have always wondered what the peak time to upload videos are. I have heard its 4pm est time but what are your thoughts? When is the perfect time to upload?

No such thing really. Your videos don't not appear because you upload under a different timezone, and won't be any harder to find in a search.

Yeah I have never heard of this and on top of it there is so many other countries that are in completely different timezones who are just as involved if not more as Americans. I don't see how any particular time would make any kind of difference.

Depends on your specific audience I guess. If you have a majority of viewers in a certain timezone, all in highschool or at work... then maybe you can isolate a time frame where they would all be online with time to watch your video?

Like Frankie said, this doesn't actually exist.

Is your majority viewership in the United States? Then it's between 3pm and 7pm (depending on age demographic) in whatever time zone you are viewed most in (I'm viewed most in EST). Is it in another country? When are people most likely to have free time there? That's when the peak is. There is no specific peak, otherwise large musical artists would all put out MVs at the same time, large YT people would all upload at the same time. That time would then become utterly useless to you and I, who don't make up the "elite," because everyone's feeds would be completely filled with big names.

Best thing to do is evaluate your particular audience, age group, location, etc, and figure out when they are going to be using YouTube. That's the best time to upload for you.
