Why is youtube not approving my video for revenue generating?

Hi

I published an animation video on youtube and I approved commercial layers on the video for revenue generating but youtube is suspicious if the video is my own and I have the rights for it.

I explained it to them in a message I was told to provide them where I prove its mine and explained that me and my team had developed it together and we have the full rights for the video and thats 2 weeks ago now and they still haven't approved the revenue generating how long am I supposed to wait?

Maybe they realizes it when they discover I start to post more of these videos on my channel.

This should have been resolved within 24 - 36 hours if it was for video approval but in some cases it has taken up to 3 weeks and months even. Did you state the software used? Was the music created by you, was it royalty free or did you have permission? Does the software from the company you used to create allow you to make money from things made off their software? I don't see much else you could do unless you wanna contact them through email. This is the guideline you should follow when writing them back the message (https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2490020) but unless someone can shed some light on it, it looks like you may be waiting for a bit if they haven't got back to you yet.

No I didn't state which software we used and the music and video it self everything you see is created by us and yes they knew I was going to use it to make revenue.

Extremely weird but from what I've read and seen people who write out their claims online you have to make sure you answer the guideline questions as much as you can, as detailed as you can and keep it as professional as you can since YouTube has to deal with things like this a lot and if your dispute looks like any other they don't seem to bother as much with it so you end up waiting more time. Hopefully it will sort out soon since you created everything except for the software there's very little to argue against you if not at all from YouTube.

is there anyway I can contact their support staff directly?
The other option you linked didn't help much.
Not too sure if you can the link would only serve to help you as to what to write if it occurs again or if they tell you to write back again. Hopefully someone will be able to shed some light on this a lot better than me. Sorry I couldn't be any more help man that's about all I know :(
This video may help though

This isn't an unusual situation at all. I had a video where the commercial rights question was asked; I provided all needed information and it remained stuck "in review" for over 18 months. Move on from it; don't delete the video, just leave it there, and keep uploading.

I have contacted them again regarding it and thats exactly what I am going to do is moving on but I want to make sure that this docent happen to all the other animation videos I am going to upload or else its going to ruin my business.

I am currently working on a new one which I am going to upload once its done.

I think as you start uploading more and having already dealt with them they won't bother you as much since they would know your legitimate. I wouldn't worry about it since you have all the evidence you need to prove your claim.

Yes thats more or less what I think as well when they can see that I start uploading more of them and they realize they don't exist any ware else on the internet they might realize that the video comes from me and that I am not stealing them from a second source.

I hope they at the same time approves the commercial use for my video once they realize I have the rights for it.
