What should I do? Help YTtalkers

Hello guys,
I am new to YTtalk.
I just registered today hoping to find answers to my questions.

I do have 2 Google accounts.
One is used for adsense and gmail.
Other is only used for website and youtube channel.

I own a website and a youtube channel.
The website is new and the youtube channel is for the website,
I have on the channel:
  • Game Reviews with commentary [Including Gameplay]
  • Opinion: Like Top 10 Xbox 360 Games To Look Forward To [With Commentary and Trailer Scenes]
  • Walkthrough with commentary for new games.
  • The channel is new and doesn't have enough views to join any partner network.
So here are my questions:
  1. Will I get copyright infringement for game reviews with commentary?
  2. Will I get copyright infringement for walkthroughs with commentary (The videos include the cinematic story scenes + gameplay)?
  3. If I don't have enough views or subs, what should I do, as I am afraid of infringement?
  4. My adsense google account is different from Youtube account and I don't want to link them together. Do all networks need adsense?
  5. One of my Top 5 Commentary videos got a copyright matching notice, They stated that it contains footage that matched Ubisoft and I did acknowledge. The video has now "Acknowledged third party content.", Should I keep the video or remove it.
  6. Since I do own a video games website. Do you think it would be a good idea to ask Developers for permission to publish gameplays? Also do developers love walkthroughs?
  7. Is there a way to add that a video contains third party content?
Waiting for answers. I would really appreciate help guys :)

I can only answer 6.
You have to do research on the internet for some games that can be monetized and companies that can be monetized. Others that you cannot find you'll have to email the developers/creators.

Welcome to the forums :). There are different sections for those questions to be answered in. This section is just for you to introduce yourself and your channel. You know your hobbies and stuff like that.

Welcome to the forum new member:) I would advise partnering with a network once you gain at least 100 daily views you need that traffic to your channel. You are honestly doing right by adding commentary during gameplay and i would say DO NOT show cinematics in the gameplay i made a video talking about this on my channel. Any videos that contained a copyright strike should be immediately removed as you first notice that it has got a copyright matching notice. Hope i helped you out if you need additional help contact me or my other yttalkers:)[DOUBLEPOST=1366773713,1366773630][/DOUBLEPOST]
It was probably moved since then.
probably so but it does make since to better be put in that section of the forums as he is introducing himself and channel:)[DOUBLEPOST=1366773776][/DOUBLEPOST]

Thanks for the help Ivana.
Anyway.. I am not looking forward to monetize the channel or display ads.
I think only developers which allow posting gameplay and walkthroughs without permissions are indie and small companies?

Are you sure? I posted the topic here at this section.

Hmm maybe... It showed it for the introduction section for me o.O. Maybe it was just weird for me.

Thanks a lot for the help.
I cant open another adsense account or link my adsense to 2nd gmail account. Do all networks need adsense?
Also should I remove any video which gets a match? I did aknowledge the claim before an hour.
The video has a notice now inside video manager "Aknowledged third party content" but video didn't get removed or youtube didnt ask me remove it.
Should I remove the video? Also is this considered as copyright streak? I heard they are different.
