Hi guys,i want to ask with what program can i record facecam and gameplay in the sam time with good quality?

Quality depends mostly on the webcam you're using.
Programs to record you probably find by googleing, haven't used webcam in my whole life.

xsplit is pretty good for split screening but i'm not sure about the quality and other things to do with it

I have used Open Broadcaster Software in the past which i liked just fine. I dont use it much anymore tho since i rarely record my webcam while recording games.

I've heard lots of good things about Xsplit as well.

FRAPS for gameplays, and some good quality camera, or web camera.

Xsplit or OBS are the best options at the moment, mess around with each and see which fits you best.
