What is best day and time to post videos?

I do weekly videos and have been posting mostly on Mondays or Tuesdays, in the early mornings around midnight, Pacific time.
I was just curious to know which is the best time and best day to publish the videos.

Please advise :-)

The common time seems to be from 2-4pm EST on weekdays, but I think the time that works best is the time when you can make sure to upload regularly and consistently.

That just M-W , they have other times indicated if she searched that google link. Diff times for Thursday/Friday as well as the weekend.
 
I've gotten a lot success uploading on Saturday nights. This allows me to capture the weekend audience as well as the weekday audience during the crucial first 48 hours. Also none of my competitors seem to upload on Reddit at around those times so I seem to capture majority of the audience of my niche.

So my suggestion is to experiment, as there's no one answer fits all
 
We used to upload regularly for the afternoon on weekdays and very early mornings for the weekend, when our core audience of young kids would be home watching, after kinder and school weekdays, and mornings on the weekend.

Over the last month I have been uploading completely sporadically on random days, random times, and missing days here and there. The last month has been our highest sub and view growth to date.

Go figure???
