What Do you see?

Hello chaps...I'm not really British I just like that word. But anyways I am posting here for an honest review on my commentary. In my opinion my voice is very annoying and I would like to know what others think. my last video is probably the best source of reference you can be referred to.

Layout for a review:
-What potential you see
-What can be improved to meet that potential
-Editing style
-Audio quality
-Visual quality
-Attitude and emotion
-What do I lack in

You don't have to follow this layout it's just a suggestion to those who don't give have the time to think of anything.

Firstly, your video had a 45 second music period - I had no idea what you were doing during that time, and then your intro came: if that's how you start videos, god help you. You have about 5-8 seconds to grab someone's attention, and low quality classical electronic music isn't grabbing me.
Now let's answer the questions.
-What potential you see
Loads! I see you getting in the hundreds of thousands of subscribers.
-What can be improved to meet that potential
Think of your audience as the most bored people on earth who will throw a sarcastic comment and dislike if something doesn't happen in the video for 10 seconds.
-Editing style
A little cheesy, but fits the gaming vibe - remember to cut down the intro.
-Audio quality
Music in the introduction was low quality (the classical bit was a lot worse than the electronic bit), but your voice sounded perfectly clear.
-Visual quality
720p is perfectly adequate, but perhaps get a better quality or zoom in your recording software so we can see what's happening. For an example of this, look at some of PewDiePie's videos (I know he isn't everyone's cup of tea, but he's successful enough) where he'll zoom into one character's face or something for comic effect.
-Attitude and emotion
Your voice seems engaged, so that's perfect.
-What do I lack in
Confidence! Get a crappy webcam in the corner of the screen running: we want to see your face! Maybe even have the webcam fill the entire screen at the start of the video, and say something like, "hey, today we're going to play *insert game name*, (it was recommended by/this is episode #/hope you enjoy it as much as I do)" and then cut to the game-play.

Good luck!

Thanks for the feed back man. For the intro it was just something i felt like doing at the time. The video I was forced to use obs and had to down scale to 720p (all videos are 1080p)
I might get a webcam if more people recommend it.
