I recommend better GFX. Head over to the GFX forum on YTtalk. There you can purchase amazing GFX for very cheap! Cheapest I saw was $1, most expensive $15.
 
Not to bad but there are things you can improve upon firstly your banner mainly the letters are to dark and since you do funny moments in GTA is doesn't really fit your channel something more lighthearted maybe more color would be beneficial to help attract people and reveal that your channel is about funny moments more than anything.
Secondly cut back on the affect you have so many it distracts from the video as half or more of the screen is blocked by fire or some other affect use them only when appropriate like landing a massive jump perfectly.
Thirdly (optional) add commentary some of the moments make no sense since there is no context were you guys making funny jokes because we don't know.
Also misleading titles if you title a video funny moments you and there is nothing funny about the video it can lead to dislikes not to be offensive but the last video you put out didn't have anything really funny and that may be why there a more dislikes than likes again not trying to offend.
Shorter intro try about 5 to 7 seconds no more than that
More informative descriptions
Work on thumbnails a bit GIMP is a good free tool that can definitely help.
