Views VS Subs Ratios.

Your ratio is fine-it will get larger in time as more people watch your videos. Ours is currently around 225:1. It's usually a bit higher, but we've had a nice surge of subs in the past month.

my views are currently low for my subs (started out at 1 sub for every 10 views, and now it's at 1 sub for every 21 views). For example, today I gained 7 subscribers but so far less than 60 views! (yesterday 0 subs, but over 80 views). It'll differ but your views and subs will grow and appear to 'even out' at some point and look less off kilter

I disagree. Sometimes people sub just hoping for a sub back, or maybe for a contest. Views are usually real, and I feel they mean more. But it's a matter of opinion, I guess.

Ok so I have over 1,000 views now (YAY) but I only have 27 subs...is that a bad thing? Are people watching my videos and just think I suck or are my subs just really interested....hmmm

I have over 142,000 views with only 42 subscribers... People seem to like my videos, I just don't know if there is a theme I've created that people want to see or something.

One thing you could do is check the audience retention stat in youtube analytics. It gives you the average time watched per view on a certain video.

Subscribers will always be lower than views. You have 1,000 views, but those are spread out with different videos. So if you think about it, it makes since!
