im using a easy cap to record my gameplay what is the best one to use to record

If you're trying to record PC I would go with Fraps or Dxtory, if it's a console than get an Elgato or PVR. All of these cost money by the way.

Easy cap is a console thing. I'd say decide between an Elgato and Roxio HD Capture Card.

For PC id have to go with Mirillis Action. It's an AMAZING program.
