I am having trouble with the application process. I never received an email but I did receive the dashboard invitation on YouTube. I accepted it. I sent in a ticket 4 days ago for some help and nothing. No reply. I'm starting to feel like once your in your trapped. I would like to UnLink my account. I have read posts where people had to wait the year and it renewed on them but I'm afraid that if i send in a support ticket 1 month before the end of the year I won't get a reply and I will be stuck another year. I put one in already, do I have to do it again before then end of the year for this contract?
