You make some great cartoons..
I once was interested in making some cartoons, so I checked out the software.
I downloaded some stuff and then started drawing cartoons..

I was terrible:)

I was terrible at first too, it takes time. I have been making online cartoons since 2000, and I still have TONS and TONS to learn.

since 2000. Wow I guess you must have seen a big chance in animation software.
And your work. If you put them against each other - the oldest and the newest.

Yeah big difference, lol. Not to mention I have matured since then. I started making rude and insulting cartoons, now I try to make cartoons that have potential to be on TV and pitch worthy.

Software has not really changed, Flash is still pretty much the same. Just the Actionscript has changed. Computers however have changed and are faster and crash less. :)

Not really into the screaming nonsense, I believe in good story. Randomness is good to a point, but not always random. I started when I was 18, lol. But I have been drawing cartoons/comics since as long as I can remember. I have like 10000 ideas I want to turn into cartoons, just wish I had the time and funding.

What you could do is animate a short video, and promote that.. and then people will come to do. I am sure you have quite a big data base though..
Why don't yu employ some people

Normally pro animators want anywhere from $2500-$5000 USD a week for their services. Believe me I have looked into it thoroughly. Then if you look to the free workers or students, you get stuff you end up having to redo because they are amateurs... Not saying I am a pro, but I am pretty picky. LOL
