Twitch Broadcasting

I have an Elgato for recording videos and also stream them. But I definitely know that it has a massive delay when it captures it. So I am looking at the different software that Twitch suggests and I'd like to know whats the best one with slightly no delays and can have any quality

OBS - Open Broadcast System. Quality freeware and there's so many more options and things you can do with your stream (overlays, notifications etc..) The Elgato has a delay on OBS too, it's the consoles though I believe, not sure... But you can work around it by setting a mic (& webcam) delay of 1400 and it syncs everything up with gameplay
