I am doing thumbnails for no charge at all. I'm legitimately serious. The only thing I ask for is maybe a shout on twitter or on one video/description. Besides that I am fine with doing GFX that you request. All I need to know is what you want on it, and the text. I will show you what I have done in the past up until now.
