So on reddit today someone posted this...

"This guy has a few hundred videos (include a 361 part Morrowind playthrough) and most have <20 views. That's dedication"

It hit the front page and in the last fifteen hours the YouTuber went from 500 subs to right around 10,000 and counting. After averaging just a few subs a month over the last year or so that is a pretty amazing bump.

That's pretty cool. It reminds me of what happened to "Sir Fedora" ( https://www.youtube.com/user/imperialnights ) - a young kid made a video asking for 2 likes on it, reddit found it and he got thousands of likes and subs. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to keep up the momentum and he only gets about 1k daily days now.

That's happened a few times, most notably with Sir Fedora (https://www.youtube.com/sirfedora). That kid was so happy that he got one like and was so charmingly humble in both his aspirations and what he had already accomplished that Reddit hugged the crap out of him. He has 146k subs now and over 7 million views. I think he's hilarious personally, but he doesn't upload very often. What a waste.
