Cheers dude... :) yeah i used After Effects... first I shot a green screened clip of the can spinning on a piece of string, keyed out the green, then added it to the raw footage.. made a few keyframes to animate the can. rotoscoped my hand to make it look as if my hand was in front of then can. made a few finishing touches then bam, your done :D
