only 1 person i'm subbed to shows up the rest are far beneath "suggested" videos and channels

Click on your logo in the upper right-hand corner and then click on Subscriptions.

Or, click on the Subscriptions link in the list on the left.

lets be honest sub boxes have been "broken" since they changed the layout the other year and the homepage now displays the what to watch feed
